Still aiming for Mid-February or a bit later, for all (2 of you) interested in coming over/up/through/around my neck of the woods (outside Albany NY, about a 20 minute drive). I'd like to do someting the 19th (is that a weekend? Is that Friday or Saturday?) I was thinking maybe shelling over some hard-earned cash and getting an educational seminar from these folks: http://www.energypaws.com/dates.html
and maybe seeing if they can't earn my hard-earned cash.
We can learn all about animal communications and the fact that your cat probably wants to rip your face off. Or maybe not. I guess I'd have to make reservations.... I'm just looking to see.
I was also thinking dinner at this place called "Old Bryan Inn" in Saratoga Springs, which is supposed to be haunted. http://www.oldebryaninn.com/
Although, truth to tell, I never found anything scarier than too much bread in the french onion soup. That was years ago, though.
If people actually do want to come up (all 2 of you, that is), I do have spare rooms if you want to crash the night.
There is also a cat living here, so if you're allergic, you can either take medication, or you can suffer.
And if anyone is interested in coming up, you'll have to mention diet preferences and/or allergies so I can keep in mind how to deeply offend you or just plain kill you ahead of time. Erm, I didn't just say that.
Or if none of that sounds good, we can just hang (small rabbits and chickens) around.
Suez
ps: other than the beer, the hard liquour, and the wine, this is an alcohol-free party. You're also welcome to BYODB (bring your own dam bottle).
