'Freedom Prison', 'OilCatraz', 'OilGhrab' or 'Dubyanka'?

Bush wants to be done with the prison Abu Ghraib in Iraq.

How should the new and improved prison be named?

I voted OilCatraz...has a nice ring to it.

Of course the film would be called "The Kurd Man of OilCatraz"

So far, Dubyanka, OilGhrab and Freedom Prison are at one vote each, while OilCatraz is at 2 votes.

Note:

Freedom Prison is an anology to Freedom Fries -which was coined at the beginning of the war-.
I try to vote for Freedom Prison but the forum tells me that my session is invalid, even after I log out and clear the cookies, then I log in.

'The Kurd Man of OilCatraz', that sounds mighty for a movie with Kurd heroes, indeed...

That too.

Now is Dubyanka at 2, Freedom Prison at 3, OilCatraz at 2, and OilGhrab at 1.

Friends, like demon and a_unique-person, are showing up in this thread.

The second vote for Dubyanka, is that yours, a_unique_person?

Dubyanka is a combo of Treblinka (from World War II) and Dubya.

Also, even Bush can say Dubyanka correctly, unlike "...misunderestimate...".

I go for "Freedom Prison". It fits well with the whole "Freedom" motiff of this war and meshes nicely with that "Freedom Fry" debacle in Congress.

And if they fit it with execution facilities, will they name the electric chair 'shock and awe'?

How about "Bush & Cheney in 2004 Prison" ....

I was also thinking "The Freedom Gulag", but was easily beaten to it....

Charlie (A Day in the Life of Ivan Desonovich) Monoxide

The name can stay the same, but a sign should be put underneath it that says:
"_ days since prisoners humilated and abused"

Charlie (A Day in the Life of Ivan Desonovich) Monoxide
That is serious.

And earned by Bush, Cheney and many more.

I also poke fun and caricature Bush.

"Gitmo East"?

I kind of like "Col. Jessup Prison." That was the name of Jack Nicholson's character in "A Few Good Men."

I also am partial to "Runsfeld approved all this prison," which would be infomally referred to as RAAT prison.

As for the sign over the door? How does one say "Confession makes you free" in German?

The irony of Freedom Prison seems fitting. OilCatraz is pretty good too though.

I am checking the poll, many times per day.

As of now, Friday May 28, 2004 at 4:45 p.m., the current status is:

.) Freedom Prison is at 15 votes;

.) OilCatraz is at 7 votes;

.) OilGhrab is at 3 votes;

.) Dubyanka is at 2 votes.

I believe that Dubyanka, a combo of Dubya and Lubyanka the KGB prison, is underrated because to me it seems like a 'good' joke in a morbid way.

Finally got some attention? Enjoy it. Other wise no one gives a ◊◊◊◊ about what you have to say.
