Flight 93 Was Shot Down?

im curious...if fliught 93 was actually shot down by our brave air force pilots....how exactly does this fit into 9-11 being an inside job?

if the air force did "pull" flight 93...it would show that we were able to take out atleast one suicidal jet before it could smack into a building and kill hundreds if not thousands with it. a flight 93 shoot down would be a victory for Bush...not a failure.

but im still confused as to why the "truthers" would even tickle such a possibility...as it only concludes that the plane was actually hijacked..and was actually a threat..hence...9-11 was NOT an inside job and nutcase terrorists were actually at work

i dont know..i think there is some real schizophenia going on with the truth movemant. maybe...just maybe...they really dont believe what they're saying?

You so often hear them say 'You believe what the government tell you to believe no matter what'

Well, that's not really the case...but with them lot it really is 'whatever the government say it's a lie and we're going to say otherwise no matter what'

you have to really wonder about the parental experiences of people who believe everything that the govt. tells them is a lie.

If Bush shot down 93, he would have admitted it. They already admitted giving the shootdown order - what good is covering up an actual shootdown? Admitting to the shootdown would have built that much more global sympathy for the American position.

I think though that some of our CT friends believe the plane was shot down to keep the passengers, who had taken over, from landing and telling their stories. However, they then do their [rule8]edest to discredit the stories the passengers from 93 DID manage to relate.

I think they think this is a wedge issue.

Most people I've met in real life who think they haven't got the full truth about 9/11 suggest that 93 being shot down is the most likely "cover up". The CTists know this, and hope that by raising doubt about this issue, people will open themselves to the whole CD-and-Death Beams extravaganza.

Unfortunately for them, most people aren't that dumb. While there's no good evidence for a shoot-down, and good evidence against it, at least this theory doesn't require violations of physics, logic and common sense. Most people can tell the difference, and so won't buy the whole CT package deal.

If UA93 was shot down, it would be in the audio loop, there would be a radar vector called, (most likely) a radar ID call, a visual ID call, a visual ID confirmation, a request to fire, an "away" call, and an initial damage assessment call. According to what platform was used, you'd also expect some combat camera. Pilot's keep a fairly detailed (though often very quick) record of engagements for later study.
