Firefox tear-off Tab question

Quick question: On the latest version of Firefox it's possible to tear off a tab and make it a separate window instead, by clicking and dragging it off the main window. Once you've done that, is it possible to put it back again?

I've had a google round but can't seem to find the correct search terms.

Edit: For some reason it never occurred to me to try dragging and dropping the tab back to where it came from, which does what I want. I are stupid :D

I'd check for you but I don't have the time spare to wait for Firefox to load.... :duck:

Seriously - you just click and hold on the tab bar and move it back to the original Firefox tabbar.

What I had tried previously was dragging the whole window to the bar, which doesn't work. Dragging the tab off the new window back onto the old one just didn't occur to me until after I'd started a thread revealing my ignorance to the world (not that it was a particularly well kept secret anyway).

What's a Firefox tab?
It always asks me if I want to close all of them, but as I never knew I'd opened any of them, I just say "yes".

Hey, I didn't even know you could drag one off.

The tabs just above the viewing panel that name each of the sites you're visiting. You click on them to switch sites.

Yes and yes.

.
Oh, those.
I only get a buncha those when I'm trying to get out of a porn ring.
And none of them are really worth pulling up specially.
My 'net surfing is being reduced all the time, due to lack of interest.

In FireFox, when you pull down the File... menu you have two choices for New: New Window and New Tab. New Window opens a separate sub-window within the current FireFox instance. New Tab opens a new Window within the main window, but it takes up the entire user space and is represented by a tab in a row at the top of the screen. You can skip between such tabs simply by clicking on the one you want. In addition, the web languages and HTML usually open a new sub-window, but in FoxFire they default to opening a tab instead. So now you can convert a tab to a window and vice-versa. The tab feature was first used in FireFox, and later on IE adopted it as well when it proved to be popular.
