Okay, I don't see it on the page but I KNOW I'm probably reposting it. If so, I apologize.

Credit to whoever found this on ebaumsworld...can't wait for Randi to discuss this if he hasn't already.

Police officer claims a ghostly woman dressed in black came from the trees and attacked him. Later, some video surfaced...

Looks like a garbage bag to me...which is apparently the preferred UFO technique for now.

Very convincing.

Few years ago when I was a huge Castaneda fan, this would have pretty much have had me swimming all the way over there to see if I could find the bruja :)

But it could be anything. It's so blurry and jittery, and its provenance is non-existent.

So fit it into your favourite Mexican legend (for there are many) - you like Castaneda? It's a bruja! Mexican UFO fan? It's a spaceship! Chupacabras spotter? Here's fresh one for ya! And so forth.

I managed to grab a frame and enhance it. Grain removed, focus sharpened. What do you think?

I think it's probably just an unusually-shaped cloud.

I'd stay out of Mexico if I were you. Mary Poppins could come out of nowhere and mug you.

True. I know its happened before. I think there is a website devoted to MP muggings. I'll get back to you with it.

Why do all these "unexplained things in the sky" videos look like they've been shot by someone who should really cut back on those triple expressos?

Who shot that video, Katherine Hepburn?

Whoever it was oughta switch to decaf already.

Garbage bag makes sense to me - my dad's already has humorously taken to referring to the white grocery-store bags as "ghosts", because that's what they look like floating on the hot Arizona wind.

I grabbed some frames and the "thing" looks like it's some kind of 2d image, it's not moving in 3d space

I thought it looked a little like a Care Bear, at least in the first video.
