With such lax rules about what makers of non-pharmaceuticals can get away with, is this such a surprise?

I'm left feeling more pissed off than relieved because this is just one of so many companies making boat loads of money from false claims and the dumb people willing to believe them. I would like to think that this would be a wake-up call to American who buy into this type of crap, but, sadly, it won't.
