Ely Sasquatch Video

A bear picking up roadkill and struggling to get up the hill with it?

A drunken bigfoot?

A drunken bear?

A guy stumbling around in a poorly made/fitting bigfoot suit?

Pick any two....

My vote is for a drunken bear stumbling off with a guy in a sasquatch suit.

hmm, lets shall we.

1. "As I was driving down the road I heard screams comming from the woods. It can be compared to an owl type hooting/cry. This caused me to slow down & to see what it was."

How does one here owl like screams from outside while driving downthe road? I dobt he had the window open, given the snow thats al lover, probly wanted to avoid the cold air.

2. "I am angry because I could only see what showed with my headlights as it was hard to make out details."

Guess backing up and getting the lights to shire directly was too much effort.

3. Who in the hell carries their cam-corder everwhere they go and only films in black and white???

Amrchair reaction - poor hoax, please move along, nothing to see here

I think it looks like a bear, but do they generally go on 2 feet and walk?

Will a creature that has managed to elude all searches for it for decades (at least), walk like somebody who has **** in his pants? I would have expected slightly more elegance ;).

Well, if he's actually carrying something and struggling to get it up that hill, it could look like he's walking on his hind legs.

Theoretically, the item he is carrying would cause him to try to stand up to keep it from dragging in the snow.

If you can only grip something with your mouth, and it's rather long like a deer carcass, you are going to have to get on your hind legs as best you can if you want to keep it from dragging in the snow.

I think the bear is sort of herky-jerky carrying some sort of carcass up the hill with his mouth. He is trying to keep it from dragging by holding it up high with his mouth and walking on his hind legs. He keeps having to reset himself and pick the the carcass up high again because it's not working out well. He can't walk too well this way and the carcass keeps ending up between his legs and in the way.

He is probably startled by the car and just trying to get out of there with his road kill as quick as he can.

Either that, or it's a clumsy fool in a cheap suit.

The way the thread titles are underlined on the main page make this thread look like it's titled "Fly Sasquatch Video"; I thought it was about some new rapper.

Do bipeds leave tracks like that?

We have already seen that bigfoot does not leave tracks in that pattern, but in a nearly straight line.

So, if this is bigfoot, he has yet another variable characteristic....

It looks like a bear w/ a cub to me. Definitely 2 animals there.

eta: It doesn't look at all bipedal to me.

Does anyone know if bears get a little loopy coming out of hibernation?

I think the beastie is "walking" just like a bear trying to walk on it's hind legs.

I guess my "carcass" could be a cub.

Maybe bigfoot is doing the bunny hop?

Perhaps it is helping the cub up the embankment, the slope of the embankment can give the illusion that it is on 2 legs when it is in fact on all fours.

Once again, Bigfoot demonstrates his ability only to appear to people with poor camera skills who also happen to be incapable of standing up and following him as he walks away.

Well, would you follow a bear w/ cub into the woods? ;)

eta: Holy crap! I remember that bionic bigfoot in the $6 Million Man show, that was awesome! But then, I was 10 years old. :p
