I'm going to need a few people to read over and comment on an essay I'm writing, titled "Arguments Against God". The essay concerns itself with scientific and philosophic theories which suggest that there is no god, deist or otherwise. My main worry is in sources, and fact checking. Some of the things I recollect and write about might be inaccurate, and I'm hoping some of you will help me out with that. I'll post the essay here before I seek to publish it.

In the meanwhile (it might take a day), what are the best arguments you can think of against a deist sort of god?

Because I've often argued weakly in favour of a deist God (or at least, that a deist style of God can't be rigorously disproven... and so is given a lucky break), there have been a number of folks here arguing against me.

Most seem to come down to some form of Occam's Razor, wherein the universe without a deist style of God doesn't look much different than one with.

Make of it what you will.
