ebay using Australia as Guinea Pig to test forced use of Pay Pal

This has been going on for several months now. Ebay is trying to force everyone to use Pay Pal for all payments, or COD, which Ebay owns. The Australian Competition Commision has said they aren't allowed to do that, since it is anti-competitive, so Ebay has backed down, but it is now deleting Auctions that say the seller prefers direct debit to a bank account.

If they manage to pull this off here, the USA will be next.

Not that I've used PayPal. But doesn't that system sucks big time? I've heard that they had a moralistic policy e.g. no porn for PayPal and that it's basically a living, inverted commercial for VISA.

Direct bank deposit is not as popular here as it is south of the equator. Most people on eBay in the states probably already use PayPal.

Osama Bin Laden is largely funded by money siphoned out of Paypal, which was setup originally by the PLO. I know this for a fact.
