TrueView from AutoDesk. We use it at work. Free but I think you have to register.


ETA: AutoDesk makes AutoCAD which pretty much made DWG the CAD standard.

I'd recommend this one as well, mainly because my university's school of architecture has it in the digital lab for the PC's used for plotting.

Draftsight's one I've never heard of, but it certainly sounds like a good contender to the DWG trueview software. I guess it depends on which one you think will meet your needs the best.
 
Well, I decided to go the online converter route instead. Just upload the files, convert and save the resulting converted files. This way I can look at them on any computer.

Most of the programs were a lot more than I needed.

Thanks for the input. I am going to keep the links just in case there is a reason I need a program in the future.
