Doubtful, for one you can find as much claim that milk and alcohol is bad together, and furthermore what sort of reaction would that be ? Lipid with alcohol ? Estherification ? If you drink them mixed maybe , but separately by the time you drink alcohol your milk is way "ahead" in the tubes

.
Yeah, i have had the worst experience in my life mixing milk and alcohol, so if we are rockin the anecdotal evidence at this point, count me for the "Doesn't work" side.
As a caffeine junky i tend to like mixing my energy drinks and alcohol (Do not do this unless you are damn near impervious to caffeine, and even if you do, don't go over 2 or 3 servings, do not mix one shot per energy drink, this would probably kill even me, after 8 or so drinks. ) this usually works rather well, for me at least, but one time my favorite Irish Blend monster was on sale ( Milk based energy drink.), so i decided, favorite energy drink, favorite liquor ( Jag), what could go wrong?
Never before, nor since had i vomited so much, and such an obvious half cheese substance, to this day it is referred to as Puke Mountain ( obviously since it has been cleaned.) .
My guess is anyone this has worked for has had several situations in which they did not eat nearly enough before drinking, and drank an amount that wouldn't have hassled them regardless, leading to confirmation bias that it worked.
