I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned here yet (despite having only learned about it myself a few moments ago), but one of the most hate-filled members of the hate-filled 9/11 truth movement has gone to hell.

The 9/11 truther who murdered a security guard in a rampage at the US Holocaust Museum in Washington DC has succumbed to wounds he recieved while trying to "spread the truth":

James von Brunn died shortly before 1 p.m. at a local hospital in Butner, N.C., said Denise Simmons, the spokeswoman for the federal prison where von Brunn had been held. He had been suffering from chronic congestive heart failure, sepsis and other health problems, she said.

Von Brunn, who faced charges that carried the death penalty, had been receiving medical care for months at the prison complex in Butner, which is known for its medical facilities for aging and sick federal inmates. His lawyer, A.J. Kramer, called the death "a sad end to a tragic situation" and declined to make further comment.

Authorities say von Brunn carried a rifle as he walked up to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum on June 10 and then shot security guard Stephen T. Johns, who was black, as he opened the door for von Brunn. He was wounded by gunfire from two other guards.

We tend not to take it too seriously when truthers come in here and preach that we will all be executed after their revolution and James Von Brunn may be gone, but he and his fellow truthers Richard Poplawski (murdered three police officers in Pittsburgh), Sean Fitzgerald (stabbed his own father to death), Jason Gerhard (smuggled guns and explosives to wanted fugitives) and Gary Talis (physically assaulted disabled teenaged girl in wheelchair) will remain examples of how dangerous movements like 9/11 truth are and will continue to be for some time.

Oh, truthers deny the Mr. Von Brunn was himself a truther. They allege his emails were faked to frame the 9/11 truth movement, you see. All part of the 'disinfo' campaign.
 
He will most definently not be missed, and the taxpayers of DC have saved some money.
