I received this application and claim letter in early May, 2004.
I accepted his claim and sent a reply in which I requested more data regarding his proposed test protocol.

I received no reply. His file will remain open until May, 2005.

Dear Mr. Randi,
If I'm accepted, what I will be presenting to you is my ability to correctly predict the number where the ball will land on a roulette wheel. I will take as many attempts as you wish me to make until you feel the outcome would prove this psychic ability. Obviously, a negative result would be me picking out the wrong number, thus losing out on my opportunity to win your grand prize. My ultimate goal is to demonstrate that a higher spiritual power (ie God) can circumvent the law of probabilities.

If such a wheel and board cannot be provided, you may wish to use dice or anything else that pertains to a selection of numbers and/or letters of which there is no limit. I would be more than happy to purchase a small roulette board set, although I feel it would be more legitamite if it were under your control.
I have no restrictions as far as time and location are concerned.
Many thanks, David Fishman
