One of my favorite podcasters, Jan Irvin @ Gnostic Media
has had a recent series of podcasts on critical thinking, the trivium, the quadrivium and a few other podcasts dealing with these topics.
I'd post a link but my post count hasn't hit 15 yet so you'll have to decypher
