Just wondering if anyone knows if the Conference Committee has released the statutory text on the Stimulus Bill yet.
I'm looking for a particular item involving a 5 year tax deferment on debt buybacks.
I actually posted a similar thread in the economics section, I realize that's probably against the forum rules, but I wasn't sure which category was best.
