I recall learning in Psych 101 about an experiment where they asked people if they could put a giant sign in their yard. Almost everybody said no.

But they asked others if they could put a tiny one in their yard. Many said yes. They then asked, a little while later, if they could put a slightly larger one in their yard. Many said yes.

They repeated this over and over, slowly, until most of 'em had the giant signs in their yard.

the decree powers he had never were total, they were always limited to certain areas.

i don't like the idea, that is to risky. there are other ways to solve those problems he wants to solve this way.
