changing language on YT not going well

I set up a YT/chrome account. Then logged in on both as a step to start possibly uploading videos.
Its on my tv as well as the laptop as logged in. Before Google translate wasn't active and everything came through in english. Now half or more are in spanish due to translation. Both devices do it. I tried changing location on the tv and no effect, no option for a translation stop.

The computer runs Win 8.1 and its been a struggle finding where they hid Google translate.... I need to disable it.

Yup. It's a dinosaur that won't support 10. It works well as is.

I found no tutorials and zero useful settings on my TV or the computer software. So I tried to retrain it by only choosing English language videos. The TV software was amazingly lacking in anything like settings.

A result is it kinda read backwards into my guest historical plus the retraining and slowly its coming back to old habits.

AI must be the secret of this type of software. It certainly isn't user settings.
