Can Clinton run again?

First lady:D

Too bad he can't be prez again so he can finish his "bridge to the 21st secretary.;)

Not unless he gets an Amendment passed. No one who has served more than six years as president may run for president. He could run for Congress, however. Then, if enough people resign, he would be in line for the presidency. Unless you're talking about George, in which case he could run for the presidency.

I know he can't run for more than two terms in a row, but can he run again after a break?

I'd thought so - Theodore Roosevelt coming to mind - but according to Wiki:

The Twenty-second Amendment (which took effect in 1951) provides that no one may be elected to the office more than twice, and that no one may be elected President more than once who has held the office of (or acted as) President for more than two years of another's term. Prior to the ratification of this amendment, and following the precedent set by George Washington, an unofficial limit of two terms was generally observed, with the only exceptions being Theodore Roosevelt, who ran unsuccessfully for a third nonconsecutive term, and Franklin D. Roosevelt...

So nope... not since 1951.

He'd be quite a first for a president, could be interesting:

I've always suspected, but never realized until now, how deep your hatred of the U.S. is; to wish that on us again. :D

Yeah, not having our military bogged down in a foreign country, having a rockin economy, or having a president who could speak English really sucks. ;)

I'm not sure, but this information seems to indicate that he could run as vice president. Plus, it says you can't be elected president more than twice, but not that you couldn't serve more than twice.

1) He reduced the military by 40%, how could it not get bogged down? I guess his victory in Somalia made him over confident, eh?
2) *Shrug* ... a dot com bubble that burst on impact with market reality. Now we have a steadily increasing economy.
3) Are you kidding? The guy had trouble with simple definitions like "alone" and "sex" and...
"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is"
even "is."

1) Excuse me MR. Pepto, but the Bush administration is reducing the Air Force RIGHT NOW by 40,000 troops, in the middle of a war! I guess his victory over terrorism and capture of Osama bin Laden have made him overconfident, eh?
2) Why the RIF? Because of a slow economy!
3) And Bush has a problem with the entire English language. In other words, the entire English language is a problem for him.

Too bad he can't run again, not to say he'd have a chance.

Unfortunately, the Democratic Party has nobody else to offer.

People of your ilk at the time didn't give a damn about the mission in Somalia. It was derided as nation building (it could be argued that they were right).

"Some have questioned the interpretation of the Twenty-second Amendment as it relates to the Twelfth Amendment, ratified in 1804, which provides that "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States." "

Nope. Twelfth Amendment:
But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.
Okay, strictly speaking, he could run for vice-president. But he can't be elected.
