Caffeine and bladder

Caffeine can iritates the bladder and drinking coffee and tea will bring caffeine to your bladder.

My question is : will caffeine intake from solid source (extracts of tea or chocolate) make also its way to the bladder ?

You've only got one blood stream. It delivers stuff all over your body. The state of stuff entering your mouth is irrelevant, it all gets dissolved in your digestive tract, then into the blood.
