One of my co-workers has recently started buy into this conspiracy theory. His nail in the coffin argument is that #7 suffered no impact damage and shouldn't have fallen. I told him that I remembered seeing a video showing #1 or #2 debris falling into it but damned if I can find that video now. Could someone point me to a video showing debris hitting #7?

Thanks guys. They're not exactly what I remembered. This video had a pretty good view of a roughly 3 storey by 30 foot wide piece of facade hitting #7. Anyways, my co-worker isn't an idiot, he just needs to see evidence, these should be fine.

Maybe you can ask him why all the firefighters say it was severely damaged, had severe fires and not a single one of them has ever agreed with a single thing they have ever said about Building 7?

I dismissed the truther arguments fairly earlier on and have been largely ignoring them ever since. Their early argument was something along the lines of "steel doesn't melt" and they were right. It does, however, fail drastically. I've watched large steel beams twist like liquorish in a wood only fire. That, combined with what I knew of the design of the towers, made it pretty clear that they were talking nonsense.

So I don't know much about other evidence. I'll click some links on those videos and see what else I can find to show him.
 
Thanks all. I've got enough now that I know he'll figure it out. He's a smart guy that occasionally gets sucked in by well presented BS. He just needs his brain bashed back into reality once in a while. Facts are stubborn things and he knows it.
 
The building called "140 West" or the Verizon building was immediately west of WTC7. It was a masonry building with very effective fire prevention because it is a major telephone exchange.

There are dramatic pictures if big holes in it's south wall caused by the collapse of WTC1.

The building's older design utilizes thick masonry and gives the building added strength, which helped the building withstand the attacks and remain structurally sound. The building has thick, heavy masonry in the infill exterior walls, which encloses the building's steel frame. Brick, cinder, concrete and other masonry materials encase interior steel columns, beams, girders and other structural elements. The masonry allowed the structure to absorb much of the energy from debris hitting the building.[12] Nonetheless, the building had extensive damage to its east and south facades.[3] Underground cable vaults belonging to Verizon, along with other underground utility infrastructure were also heavily damaged from water and debris.[5][13]

Why do the Trolls turn every thread into a debate? This thread was asking for videos helping him find a video showing debris hitting wtc7, not "please debate wheither or not wtc7 was brought down by CD or not".

Indeed, this is not yet another thread to debate CD vs. non-CD of 7WTC, nor to discuss who was once a truther, nor to discuss nano-therm*te, etc. Rather it is a thread specifically seeking video showing debris hitting 7WTC. Therefore, all of the off-topic discussion has been moved to the General Discussion thread.
