On the night of September 25th volunteers from the Revolutionary Cells attacked a subsidiary of a notorious HLS client, Yamanouchi. We left an approximately 10lb ammonium nitrate bomb strapped with nails outside of Shaklee Inc, whose CEO is both the CEO for Shaklee and Yamanouchi Consumer Inc. We gave all of the customers the chance, the choice, to withdraw their business from HLS. Now you all will have to reap what you have sown. All customers and their families are considered legitimate targets.

Hey Sean Lance, and the rest of the Chiron team, how are you sleeping? You never know when your house, your car even, might go boom. Who knows, that new car in the parking lot may be packed with explosives. Or maybe it will be a shot in the dark.

I always chuckle when I hear a communist talk about fighting oppression. It would be like a KKK member fighting racism.

These people are not necessarily communists Tony.

They are extrmists enviromentally though.

And again you are making generalizations of a group based on a few individual's actions...

These ignorant comments reflect more on your lack of knowledge than it does my alleged "bigotry".

Im not judging an entire group by the actions of a few. I have 70 years of history and 50+ million deaths on my side.

Here is a hint...

Communists do not necessarily = Enviromental Extremists!

Just because I feel a need to nitpick: :p

1) Are all animal nuts by definition communist? Does lunitic animal rights positions equate to marxism?

2) I'd disagree that oppression is part of communism. I would agree that since communism tends to not work, the only way to preserve the system is to oppress the crap out of the people. So I don't know what I'm really trying to say. But it seemed important.

3) KKK people would fight racism against "white" people, no?

I guess you guys must have missed this from the article:

The revolutionary cells exists as a front group for militants across the liberationary movement spectrum. We are anarchists, communists, anti-racists, animal liberationists, earth liberationists, luddites, feminists, queer liberationists, and many more things across various other fronts. Where ever there is oppression there are those unwilling to idly stand by and let it occur, and those people make up the nucleus of the revolutionary cells.

You are forgetting your own advice:

It isn't a question of ignorance. It is a question of context.

:p :p

Good question, but I think this is just a text of an e-mail.

Perhaps I mis-spoke. Perhaps "under 72 hour observation" might be more appropriate, although those look like terroristic threats to me.

No we got that from the article, but it does not follow that a group that has some commies is a commie group.

On the other hand, are they terrorists or criminals? The definition is so hazy anymore it's hard to tell. It used to be easy. NGO's fighting against our enemies were heroic freedom fighters. NGO's fighting the brutal dictatorships we were propping up due to their usefulness were despicable terrorists. Nowadays you flip off the wrong guy and you're not merely a jerk but a terrorist.

I wasn’t labeling the whole group a commie group, I just singled the commies out.

Terrorists, criminals, rebels, revolutionaries, activists, take your pick. They are threatening to perpetrate violence for a political cause.

You're a geriatric serial killer?

Fair 'nuff on the commie bit. I would just like to say that given our penchant for suspending civil liberties when dealing with alleged terrorists that the differences between them and regular criminals are very important. Some may say that terrorists do not deserve the same considerations as criminals (and many say that criminals don't even deserve the protections they get) but when we throw out the standards of conduct and evidence that have served us fairly well in criminal law we lose the same level of confidence in the verdicts handed down by the court. We, in essence, devolve into witchhunters, burning innocent and guilty alike in our zeal.

Not to mention that labeling terrorism as violence commited for a political aim is so broad a generalization that every single war (even the "good" ones) that America has fought would be covered by the same term as we use for our enemy. Even adding in the qualifer "violence directed at civilians" means that (off the top of my head) the Civil War, WWI, and WWII (wars in which we did target civilians) would be terrorism.
