I've always been interested in astronomy but lately I've had an urge to study it more closely.

Anyone know of a good astronomy atlas for the computer? I'm not so interested in a guide to stargazing as I am in a collection of data. You know, an encyclopedia/map.

Any suggestions?

Starry Night Backyard has all kinds of stuff in it.

In my experience, the Starry Night series can be quite helpful for a number of things where observation is concerned, but the entries provided for specific objects are often scant on information. They do offer a free 10-day trial download of the Enthusiast version though.
