I do not abuse drugs
In fact, I treat them very well, indeed!
Seriously: marijuana isn't as damaging overall as alcohol, but nevertheless it IS illegal. So, in this difficult time, I've decided to show my support for our President and his War On Just About Everything by destroying every bit of marijuana I can lay my hands on! This is accomplished by burning it in small amounts in highly efficient appliances that allow NONE of the smoke to reach the pristine lungs of either our schoolchildren or our troops in the field!
GO USA! WE'RE #1!!

A fine-mesh brass screen and a water reservoir have been found to be effective. Really, this is off-the-shelf technology; no R&D budget at all!

You said that "MJ causes cancer". I'm not sure you've got it right. Maybe the act of smoking it may irritate the lungs and "cause" cancer, but what about if one eats it in brownies, or drinks it in Tea. Unless you can point to some study indicating that eating or drinking MJ causes cancer, you should change your statement to "Smoking MJ causes cancer". Smoking lettuce will probably irritate the lungs and "cause" cancer.
