Arab Nazism: Then and Now

From the article:
Hitler wrapped his party's death wish in the epic operas of Wagner inspired by the medieval German Nibelung saga of Teutonic gods, funeral pyres, Valkyries, and the fiery destruction of Valhalla, the great Norse hall of deceased nationalist heroes. Sinbad, the Arabian Knights, and the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam similarly populate Arab lore with outsized warriors and god-defying mortals who seek glory through death over defeat through submission.

It's funny how they compare an astrologers lovepoems with the kvads about the hapless warriors of the norse tradition. Is the author of this article unaware that Khayyam was accused of heresy, atheism(!), and worse. He not only drank wine, he praised it...

Well, what to say about those arabs apart from the fact that they have bad tastes?
Surely, nazism was fashionable back in the 90's but now it is a bit dated.
Nowadays if you want to follow the trend and impress your friends you've to be a communist!

Poor arabs! Always lagging behind!
