Any Comcast users having trouble?

I haven't been able to access my email all day, and have a lot of trouble going to the main page for Comcast and and sub-pages even if I do get a link.

I saw on another forum that Comcast had been hacked, but have seen no news reports.

Amazing how not being able to access an email account can make one so anxious.

It started at 6 last night, and they were terrible on the phone. I got home a half an hour ago, and they had an automated message saying there was an outage in my area, but the techie who answered the phone said there was no outage in my area. When I asked her who I was supposed to believe, she had no answer. She also claimed that she was tier 2 tech support, and they have no higher tier of tech support at all. She kept saying my router was the trouble. It came back on by itself a few minutes later.

Information that they were hacked: None.

Help: None

Chance I'd recommend Comcast to anyone except my mortal enemies: None.
