Ex-Aide in House to Cooperate in Abramoff Inquiry

WASHINGTON, May 8 — A former top aide to a Republican Congressman from Ohio pleaded guilty today to trying to ply his old boss with meals, entertainment and other gifts, and he agreed to cooperate in the widening investigation into the lobbyist Jack Abramoff.

Thanks! I had problems finding it. It was one of those stories that have a time on them. I don't know what that means at The New York Times. It may mean that it disappears from the main page after some time. Or it may mean that it was posted just that time ago. But the thing is that it was not on the main page any more.
