This court really surprises me.

Its breaking news so no link. Im sure its the whole "diversity in education" argument that lead the way.

As of this writing, there are many news reports, but the Supreme Court's web site, http://www.supremecourtus.gov, does not yet post the opinions. Initial news reports about Supreme Court opinions tend to be reliable about the result but very unreliable about the details and the rationales. If you want to know what the justices of the Supreme Court said, read the opinions yourself, and don't rely on anyone in the media to tell you what the justices said.

News of Supreme Court decisions are definitely candidates for the 48-hour rule.

All we'll get today will be breathless summaries by reporters on the sidewalk and the same phrases repeated 3 times an hour by the anchors.
