I remember reading an article on www.cnn.com or www.msnbc.com about a guy who invented a machine that would break down pretty much anything and turn it into a powder.
There was a picture of the machine, it was painted blue, and kind of looked like the cylinder on the back of a cement truck if it were turned on end.
The machine's operation was described as getting slightly warm, then humming, and in a short time, nothing but powder coming out of the thing.
I've been searching each site (cnn and msnbc) but so far haven't found it.
Does anyone recall this thing or what it was called?
