I was just searching around and stumbled across this:
http://www.peoplesarchive.com/home.jsp
It's an interview archive of Nobel Prize winners and other famous and brilliant people. It's mainly scientists and mathematicians.
The full interviews with a single scientist can be between 4 to 10 hours long as the DVD versions show! I guess the online versions are similar.
Bethe, Atiyah, Gell-Mann, Dyson, Mandlebrot, Teller and Wheeler are some of the people interviewed.
The only downside is that it's subscription only. Boo.
