I've been trying to understand the differences between the various types of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts. I found this very informative page. I've also been looking at Solgar's Brewer's Yeast. According to these two pages Solgar's Brewer's yeast is actually "nutritional yeast". Correct ?
