Who knows of a good program to filter out websites that I do not want my children to be able to access. I found something called safesurf but I can't get it to work correctly it either sems to filter everything out or nothing .

Is there some way to save a copy of a website in such a way that you can prove it was a particular way in court? I knwo I can just save images, but I want to be able to definitely demonstrate where they came from and when. Any suggestions?

I want to see the Showtime website. The main site is accesible only from US IP addresses and, as they do not broadcast in Canada, they don't have a Canadian site. I can get to the Australian site, but it's of no help. Also I want to read the BullSh!t site but it is blocked as well.
