Cheap/Free Flash Generator

Hi all. I want to produce some web pages which make use of Flash. I can't afford Adobe/Macromedia authoring software so I have been using MotionArtist which is much more reasonably priced. This does everything that I need, except scrolling (dynamic) text. There are other products available but...
