speedo

I've noticed that two of the Chinese swimmers have pieces of duct tape on their swim suits. I just saw (since the tape wasn't big enough) that it appears to be covering up the Speedo logo. Does anyone have any information about this? Is it a commentary against commercialism? Or is it a legal...
