Senate Panel & Able Danger

http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-intel25dec25,0,3149507.story?coll=la-home-headlines I am not sure how the Senate Panel came to the conclusion it did. I do/did believe Able Danger did identify some 9/11 hijackers. I do not believe that is a conspiracy theory if I am right...
