The prop that was gaining traction to legalize Marijuana in California isn't doing so well.
Last report 57% voted No to legalize (20% returns so far) to 41% voting YES to do so.

what I want to know, is if this Proposition 19 would make it ILLEGAL for an employer to forbid a worker to drive a bus or other vehicle, or operate machinery, when he comes to work stond.
I know it allowes employers to prevent workers from smoking weed while on the job, but what about folks...
Proposition 19 on the California ballot would legalize marijuana. I'm inclined to vote for it but an Anti-19 article has some arguments against it. One I have no knowledge of at all:
