    Drug-free inmates put on methadone

    Sounds pretty crazy but then I guess the 'war on drugs' is pretty crazy so you then get the inevitable side effect of people overdosing on release from jail or having to give them drugs to avoid overdosing. Article I guess in the context of what the alternative is I'm in favour of it.
