Are there any good value (or even free) paint programs out there? I have fond memories of DeLuxe Paint on the Amiga which was really intuitive to use (especially the brushes, animated ones too!) - is there anything available today which works in a similar way?

I purchased a flat panel monitor and two weeks later a little white dot appeared on the screen. A few days after that I sent the monitor back and bought a different brand at a different store. But the little white dot was still there. I just recently bought a new graphics card, the previous one...

I could understand not selling to kids under 18 but this seems like such a drastic action. Banning something altogether (at least to the general public) to curb the actions of a small percentage of buyers seems like such a knee-jerk reaction. Actually, the only time I remember buying spray...
