ABC is reporting that all charges against the three Duke lacrosse players have been dismissed. So, where does this leave the accused? Do they have recourse against Nifong or their accuser? Should they have recourse? Did anything untoward occur at the party that gave rise to the accusations...

I predict that, in the end, the woman making these accusations will be found to be a liar. If I'm wrong, feel free to attack me as a misogynist. If I'm right, send me the Million!
