hypnotized

I want to get hypnotized. Not as part of some stage show (I'd be really nervous, so I doubt it would work on me). I also don't need to quit smoking or lose weight or anything. I just want to experience it. Does anyone have any recommendations as far as who to go to and what to actually have...
