Story from AFP and Yahoo. It's no surprise that some folks see the lunar eclipse as being some sort of omen for the World Series.

Here's one I shot with my digital camera -- could I have been the only one to capture this amazing event? It looks like something was ejected, or perhaps launched, from the moon!! Amazing that it would happen at the time of an eclipse! not really, just wondering if Luci will jump on this...

Go out and take a look! Peak, in my neck of the woods, is in 45 minutes (or at 7 pm ct time).

From CNN: In the above report, "followed by" does not mean "immediately followed by." The lunar eclipse reaches totality at 8:06 p.m. Saturday night, EST. The Leonid meteor shower peaks about November 19. The total solar eclipse will occur on November 28, and will be visible only in Antarctica.
