    http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/573010.html I keep reading stories like this comming from Israel. Attacks, attempted attacks, people caught smuggling weapons for an attack...at what point do you decide that a "cease-fire" where one side hasn't ceased firing isn't a cease-fire?
