artwork incidents

Article I'm curious to know what it looks like from the other side. I mean...has the artist depicted the baby actually coming out, or is it just a lewd beaver shot. Also, who the hell gives birth gripping the head of a stuffed grizzly? Besides Ted Nugent's wife, of course. ;)
