I suspect that Resume may have used some of them up, but the rest i'm not sure about; maybe they just gave up once they realised the enormity if the task? Andy Ogles; those immigrants were not immigrants, since they settled in the place they immigrated to. And he's a congressman. Isn't that just peachy?

Actually, the settlers who "founded America" did exactly what right-wingers fear that immigrants are doing today: overwhelming the original inhabitants with their numbers, and imposing foreign values.
But that was totally different because they were white ethnically cleansing the non white. That makes it ok.

It's because they are too cowardly to say what they really mean. "Settlers and missionaries" means "white people." "Immigrant" means people of color. America was founded by white people and non-whites should be deported is what they actually mean.
And we must also renember that they were white Christians! Which of course allowed, nay, demanded of them, to religiously cleanse the land that God had given them! So not immigrants at all.
