The CIA, KSI and MI6 were helping Estonia create their own intelligence agency at the time. This was the era when the Soviet Union fell spectactularly, the Baltic states became free and the Berlin Wall came down. There was also a lot of terrrorism going on in the world whilst Clinton was an incumbent. Of course, he is not the cause of it but the power struggles between Israel and Palestine and the world's adversaries probably meant a lot had to be hidden from the public.

Why not. Everybody and everything else is. Maybe it was a chunk of undetectable dark matter that struck the Estonia, caused the explosion, knocked off the bow, made a hole in the hull, and caused it to capsize. NWO directed dark matter, of course. Which is why it is so difficult to identify a responsible country/government.
 
I could've sworn that a couple of days ago, Vixen was setting us straight on Archimedes Principle and how ships sink. There were a lot of objections and counterexamples by them survivor-haters, but she never responded.

Now the subject has changed completely, without a word from Vixen on whether she accepts the corrections of others. The topic just vanished, to arise again at an opportune time when she will, I presume, still insist that no ship sinks quickly and without turtling unless there is a hole below the waterline (the area commonly known as the "Bulkhead Hull" for you landlubbers!). Just as if there hadn't been any dispute at all.

I'm only guessing, of course, but I'd put money down had I any.
